    Winter Training Series

Coaches: Emily Chadwell & Danielle Ferguson

For the ninth year in a row, VBCs Winter Training program will run from November to March at the Downtown Boathouse. We will be making some changes to the Winter Training program this year, shifting towards an hour long workout style class. Coach Chadwell will be designing the workouts with a focus on interval training. The goal is to keep up attendance with quicker workouts and great music, so please share your playlist suggestions.

Practice begins Tuesday, November 13th at 6:00pm and will continue to be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6-7 p.m., and Saturdays at 8-9 a.m. Do you have questions or want to learn more? We encourage everyone to come try practice the first week and see how you like it.
